\u2013 the <strong>First Georgian Nitrogen Generator<\/strong> \u2013 a historic step for Georgia&#8217;s industrial sector.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u10e9\u10d5\u10d4\u10dc\u10d8 \u10d0\u10d6\u10dd\u10e2\u10d8\u10e1 \u10d2\u10d4\u10dc\u10d4\u10e0\u10d0\u10e2\u10dd\u10e0\u10d8\u10e1 \u10de\u10d8\u10e0\u10d5\u10d4\u10da\u10d8 generator?<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For years, we have collaborated with leading representatives of the <strong>wine, food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries<\/strong> in Georgia. Manufacturers frequently discussed <strong>difficulties with nitrogen supply:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udd38 <strong>High costs<\/strong> for cylinders<br\/>\ud83d\udd38 <strong>Dependence on imports<\/strong><br\/>\ud83d\udd38 <strong>Unstable supply<\/strong><br\/>\ud83d\udd38 <strong>Limitations of membrane technology<\/strong> (low purity and unpredictable flow)<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These difficulties were not merely technical problems; they directly hindered the growth of local production potential.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This reality <strong>gave rise to an idea<\/strong>: to create a technology that would be:<br\/>\u2714\ufe0f Reliable<br\/>\u2714\ufe0f Stable<br\/>\u2714\ufe0f Accessible<br\/>\u2714\ufe0f And most importantly \u2013 <strong>tailored to the real needs of Georgian production.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PSA Technology<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our generator is based on <strong>PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption)<\/strong> technology. We wanted to <strong>eliminate the shortcomings<\/strong> of <strong>membrane systems<\/strong>, which is why we chose PSA technology, a much cleaner, more stable, and economical solution. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PSA technology offers:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udd39 99.5 \u2013 99.9% purity<br\/>\ud83d\udd39 Constant and stable flow<br\/>\ud83d\udd39 Minimal long-term costs<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Intelligent Control<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Purity Control Mechanism<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The generator is equipped with a <strong>purity control mechanism<\/strong> \u2013 users can set their desired minimum allowable purity threshold (e.g., 99.9%).
