At this scale there are two main challenges: sufficient reserve during peak hours, and air clean enough that neither the nitrogen generator is damaged nor contaminated air reaches the product.<\/p>\n\n<h2>The solution<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Nitrogen generator \u2014 INMATEC (Germany)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Screw compressors \u2014 EKOMAK, 8 m\u00b3\/min<\/li>\n<li>Air dryers \u2014 CALYPSO (Italy)<\/li>\n<li>Line filters \u2014 3 \u00b5m \u00b7 0.1 \u00b5m \u00b7 0.01 \u00b5m \u00b7 0.003 \u00b5m, plus a CND water separator<\/li>\n<li><strong>Compressed air receivers \u2014 7,000 litres in total at 10 bar<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Aluminium pipework and fittings (Italy)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>Why four stages of filtration<\/h2>\n<p>The filters are arranged in a cascade because each stage protects the next. The coarse 3 \u00b5m filter catches dust and rust; 0.1 and 0.01 \u00b5m capture aerosols and oil particles; 0.003 \u00b5m removes ultra-fine residues. Skip the first stage and the fine filter clogs within weeks, making the whole filtration chain expensive.<\/p>\n<p>The water separator removes liquid condensate at the very start of the chain, which is the cheapest way to protect the dryer and the filters.<\/p>\n\n<h2>The result<\/h2>\n<p>The plant received one integrated system: nitrogen for blanketing and bottling, clean compressed air for pneumatics, and a 7,000 litre reserve for peak demand, all from a single accountable supplier.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Plan your system<\/h2>\n<p>We build the air purity class your process needs to ISO 8573-1.
