Here the requirement was compactness and purity rather than maximum volume.<\/p>\n\n<h2>The solution<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Oxygen generator \u2014 INMATEC PO3250 \u00b7 purity 95% \u00b7 15 m\u00b3\/h<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Oil-free scroll compressor \u2014 VORTEX VOFS-5.5<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Air receivers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>Why a scroll and oil-free compressor<\/h2>\n<p>This is the key decision in the project. A scroll compressor works with two spirals: one fixed, one orbiting eccentrically, compressing the air progressively. It has virtually no rubbing surfaces that would require oil lubrication.<\/p>\n<p>For medical oxygen this is critical. Oil vapour in the air path is unacceptable, and an oil-free machine eliminates that risk by design rather than through a filter that could become saturated or be replaced late.<\/p>\n<p>The second reason is noise. A scroll compressor is one of the quietest types, which is a direct practical advantage in a clinical environment where the plant room sits close to the wards.<\/p>\n\n<h2>The result<\/h2>\n<p>The clinic received a compact, quiet, oil-free oxygen system: 15 m\u00b3\/h at 95% purity, with autonomy matched to its size.<\/p>\n\n<h2>For smaller clinics<\/h2>\n<p>We calculate the required capacity from your bed count and peak load.
