Aerospace manufacturing is among the most demanding environments there is: compressed air and nitrogen are part of the process itself, and tolerances are minimal.<\/p>\n<p>IESCO delivered the project together with the Israeli company Techno Aves, from 01.10.2017 to 30.03.2018.<\/p>\n\n<h2>The solution \u2014 project &#8220;Cyclone&#8221;<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>EKOMAK EKO200 screw compressors \u2014 3 units<\/li>\n<li>EKOMAK EKO45 screw compressors \u2014 3 units<\/li>\n<li>EKOMAK EKO30 DVST screw compressors \u2014 2 units<\/li>\n<li><strong>PNEUMATECH (Atlas Copco) 540 m\u00b3\/h nitrogen generators \u2014 3 units<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Air receiver \u2014 25,000 litres<\/li>\n<li><strong>BOGE air boosters \u2014 4 units<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>PARKER air dryers and line filters<\/li>\n<li><strong>Design, installation and commissioning, wiring, electronic control and automation \u2014 SIEMENS PLC 1500<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>Why three different compressor sizes<\/h2>\n<p>This is a cascade scheme. The EKO200 machines cover the base load, the EKO45 units the intermediate step, and the inverter-driven EKO30 DVST trims the fluctuating peak. As a result the system produces only as much air as is needed at any moment and avoids the idle running of a single large machine.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Why boosters<\/h2>\n<p>Some processes in aerospace manufacturing require pressure above the standard 7 to 8 bar. Building the entire system for high pressure would be needlessly expensive. A booster solves the problem locally: it raises pressure only for the flow that needs it, while the rest of the plant runs at normal, economical pressure.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Why SIEMENS PLC 1500<\/h2>\n<p>Eight compressors, three nitrogen generators and four boosters cannot be managed by hand. PLC-based control distributes the load between machines, evens out running hours and therefore wear, and makes scheduled service predictable.<\/p>\n\n<h2>The result<\/h2>\n<p>The plant received a complete, automated compressed air and nitrogen infrastructure, from design through to commissioning, from a single contractor.<\/p>\n\n<h2>For large industrial sites<\/h2>\n<p>We deliver the full cycle: audit, design, installation, automation and <a href=\"https:\/\/iesco.ge\/en\/service\/\">service<\/a>.
