Given the scale of the cellar, demand is uneven. It rises sharply during harvest and bottling, and is minimal the rest of the time.<\/p>\n\n<h2>The solution<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Nitrogen generator \u2014 INMATEC (Germany)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Screw compressor \u2014 EKOMAK<\/li>\n<li>Air receiver \u2014 1,000 L<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nitrogen receiver \u2014 10,000 L<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>Why a 10,000 litre nitrogen receiver<\/h2>\n<p>This is the central engineering decision in the project. A large nitrogen receiver lets the generator run steadily and slowly, while peak demand is covered from the vessel. The result:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the generator is sized for average rather than peak demand, so a smaller and cheaper model is enough;<\/li>\n<li>the number of cycles falls, which extends the life of the zeolite;<\/li>\n<li>pressure on the filling line stays stable even when several consumers draw at once.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The 1,000 litre air receiver sits after the compressor on the same logic: it smooths pressure fluctuations and gives the generator a stable inlet supply.<\/p>\n\n<h2>The result<\/h2>\n<p>The cellar has its own nitrogen source with reserve capacity, uninterrupted even at harvest peak. Ordering, receiving and storing cylinders has disappeared from the process entirely.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Plan your system<\/h2>\n<p>A correctly sized receiver often saves more than a larger generator.
