At MN Chemical Georgia, nitrogen is fed into the combustion chamber to prevent sudden ignition and the formation of an explosive atmosphere.<\/p>\n<p>In a task like this an interruption in supply is unacceptable. This is exactly why the compressor and the generator are sized together in a project, not separately. The EKO37CD, at 6.2 m\u00b3\/min, is matched to feeding a 106 m\u00b3\/h generator continuously.<\/p>\n<p>A purity of 99.5% is optimal for inerting.
