IESCO, the official Danfoss partner in Georgia, is launching a new service — a complete assessment of variable frequency drives directly at your plant, using the Danfoss DrivePro® 360Live methodology. An official Danfoss engineer inspects and tests every drive on site, prepares the official report and gives you a concrete plan: what is in good shape, what needs attention and where more energy can be saved.

Why it matters

A variable frequency drive is the "quietest" piece of equipment in a plant — until it stops. The typical picture we see on site:

  • some drives are on discontinued series — spare parts and service are no longer available, and the failure, when it comes, is unplanned;
  • parameters are left at factory defaults — automatic energy optimisation (AEO), sleep mode and correct motor data are not enabled, so the motor draws more than it needs;
  • fans and DC-link capacitors are reaching end of life — the parts whose timely replacement costs a tenth of a drive failure;
  • nobody has an inventory: which drive is where, how old it is and how critical it is for production.

What we do on site

  1. Inventory — every drive (all brands, not only Danfoss) is recorded: tag, model, serial and part number, power rating, zone, year of manufacture.
  2. Visual and electrical audit — cooling system, filters, cabling, enclosure; measurement of the power supply, rectifier and IGBT inverter; backup of the parameter set.
  3. Assessment against four criteria — lifecycle status (Active / Limited / Inactive), criticality for production, condition and risk (Low / Medium / High).
  4. Energy analysis — parameter review against the real load: AEO, sleep mode, PID, ramps, motor data; where energy is lost and how much can be saved.

What you get

  • The DrivePro® 360Live report — in the official Danfoss format: a table of every drive, a summary by brand and model, a risk map.
  • A maintenance plan — DrivePro® Preventive Maintenance modules: 1 visual audit (yearly), 2 fan replacement, 3 capacitor replacement — per drive, taking the ambient conditions (Standard / Heavy / Extreme) into account.
  • An optimisation proposal — what is already done right and which steps bring more energy savings: parameter corrections, replacement of obsolete drives, adding variable-speed control where it pays off.
  • A priority list — what first, what next, so the budget goes where the risk of downtime is highest.

Who it is for

Plants running dozens or hundreds of variable frequency drives: food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, water supply, HVAC in large buildings, mining and building materials. The first audit has already been completed at one of Georgia's large industrial plants — hundreds of drives, several brands, one report and a clear action plan.

Why IESCO

  • Official Danfoss partner in Georgia — DrivePro® methodology and genuine parts;
  • the audit is carried out by an official Danfoss engineer — the manufacturer's methodology, tools and standard;
  • 15 years of industrial service experience, ISO 9001:2015;
  • the largest spare-parts stock in Georgia — one partner from the report to the repair.
