Air Line Filters
Air line filters are an essential link in compressed air treatment: the air coming out of a compressor contains dust, oil particles, and moisture that damage pneumatic tools, valves, and the final product. A line filter stops this contamination exactly where it’s needed — between the compressor and the consuming equipment.

Why Is Filtration Essential?
Unfiltered compressed air is a facility's "invisible cost": pneumatic tools wear out, valves jam, paint coatings get ruined, and in food and pharmaceutical production, the risk of product contamination arises. A correctly selected filtration chain reduces breakdowns, extends equipment life, and ensures compliance with standards (ISO 8573-1).Filtration Stages
- Pre-filter (mechanical) — stops dust and coarse particles
- Coalescing filter — separates oil droplets and water aerosol
- Activated carbon filter — removes oil vapor and odors; essential for food, medical, and pharmaceutical applications
Air Line Filter FAQ
Why does a compressed air system need line filters?
Air leaving the compressor carries oil particles, dust and moisture. Without filtration all of it ends up in your pneumatic tools, valves and finished products — the result is frequent repairs and rejects. Line filters stop that contamination between the compressor and the point of use.
What is the difference between the filtration stages?
The system cleans the air in stages: a pre-filter catches coarse particles, a coalescing filter removes oil aerosol and fine particles, and an activated carbon filter absorbs oil vapour and odours. The right combination depends on your industry — according to the required ISO 8573-1 class.
How often should filter elements be replaced?
As a rule once a year, or as soon as the pressure drop starts rising — a clogged element eats pressure and increases the energy bill. Original elements are always in stock.
