How does an oil-free screw compressor work?
An oil-free screw compressor operates with the help of two rotors (screw-shaped elements) rotating in opposite directions. The rotors are synchronized by an external gear mechanism, ensuring they do not collide and no direct friction occurs between them. Given this, lubrication is not required in the compression chamber. Consequently, no oil is used, which completely eliminates the risk of contamination.
The equipment provides safe and environmentally friendly air, which is crucial for quality and regulatory compliance (full compliance with GMP, FDA, and ISO standards).

Why an Oil-Free Screw Compressor?
