The nominal capacity of a dryer is calculated based on standard conditions — however, the actual working environment differs. For correct selection, the following must be considered:
Ambient Temperature — The hotter the room (e.g., +35°C+ compressor room), the greater the load on the dryer, and the model should be selected with a reserve.
Inlet Air Temperature — Hot air exiting the compressor carries more moisture; a more powerful model is required for high inlet temperatures.
Working Pressure — Nominal capacity is calculated at 7 bar; capacity correction is required when operating at lower pressures.
Load Regime — Continuous 24/7 cycles and peak consumption require different calculations.
