Description

For years, our engineers have daily seen the compressors of the world’s leading brands from the inside — we install, dismantle, analyze, and revive them. We learned precisely what the best do well — and where there is room for improvement. One day, a logical question found us: Why not write our own technical specification?

Thus, IES — IESCO’s own brand was born.

Where the Story Begins

The first step was taken in 2016 — the creation, assembly, and installation of a special compressor (IES-7.5) for the Tbilisi Metro wagon braking system — the first screw compressor manufactured in Georgia. This experience convinced us: our team can create its own series.

How IES is Created

The IES series is produced exclusively under IESCO’s technical specification: analysis of requirements, parameter calculation, component selection, and configuration — everything is the work of our engineers, built upon a decade of service experience. Every node and detail is calculated and approved by our team.

Then came the testing phase — extensive trials under real load, and the result surprised even us: stable parameters, remarkable quietness, and smooth, uninterrupted operation.

New Generation — IES-DVST

Today, the flagship models of the IES line are the IES-DVST series — modern, energy-efficient compressors that integrate:

• Two-stage horizontal air end — in all IES compressors, for high performance and reliability;
• PM (Permanent Magnet) electric motor — with IE5 level energy efficiency;
• Inovance frequency inverter and LCD panel — for precise adaptation to air consumption and real energy savings;
• Georgian-language control menu — the only one on the market: the operator controls the compressor in their native language;
