The challenge
Sarajishvili is one of Georgia’s oldest and best-known producers. In a plant like this, compressed air is part of the process chain: filling lines, pneumatic valves, packaging. The task was an air system that delivers stable pressure and clean air without wasting energy.

Why these four together
A compressor on its own is never a system. The air it compresses carries moisture, dust and oil vapour in from the atmosphere. The dryer removes the moisture; without it, condensate collects in the pipework, corrodes the line and damages pneumatic equipment.
The receiver acts as a buffer. It smooths peak demand and protects the compressor from frequent start-stop cycling, which directly extends its life. The line filters are the final stage, where the air reaches the cleanliness class the point of use actually requires.
